Our Commission

FEED MY SHEEP, TAKE CARE OF MY LAMBS

THE HEART OF OUR MINISTRY

“He saith unto him, Feed my lambs.”
— John 21:15

“He saith unto him, Feed my sheep.”
— John 21:16

The commission of Kingdom Virtue Ministry is deeply rooted in the instruction Jesus Christ gave to Peter.

Before giving Peter responsibility for His sheep, Jesus asked:

“Do you love Me?”

Jesus connected love for Him with responsibility for His people.

This reveals the heart of genuine ministry.

Ministry begins with love for Christ.

Love for Christ produces care for His people.

At Kingdom Virtue Ministry, we believe the Church belongs to Jesus Christ.

The people belong to Jesus Christ.

Every soul is precious.

Every new believer deserves care.

Every growing believer requires nourishment.

Every wounded believer deserves compassionate restoration.

Every mature believer must be equipped for service.

Therefore, our commission is:

FEED MY SHEEP.

We feed God’s people through the sound teaching of Scripture.

We provide spiritual nourishment.

We establish believers in truth.

We strengthen faith.

We develop biblical understanding.

We equip believers to personally know and apply God’s Word.

TAKE CARE OF MY LAMBS.

We intentionally nurture new and developing believers.

We provide discipleship.

We provide spiritual guidance.

We encourage the discouraged.

We strengthen the weak.

We restore with love.

We answer questions with biblical truth.

We walk with believers through their spiritual journey.

OUR MINISTRY PHILOSOPHY

Feed them.

Care for them.

Build them.

Equip them.

Release them to serve.

Teach them to feed others.

We believe the evidence of effective discipleship is multiplication.

Those who have been fed must learn to feed others.

Those who have received care must learn to care for others.

Those who have been discipled must become disciple-makers.

This is the heart of our commission.
